Cocoa Marinade

Grilled marinated tomatoes are best when refined with vanilla and a tablespoon of BecksCocoas Chill Bill – our hottest cocoa. All you need is a grill and a little patience.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 vine of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp BecksCocoa Chill Bill
  • 1 shallot, quartered
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • Seeds from 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 whole twig of thyme, rosemary and oregano
  • For decoration: coarse sea salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except the tomatoes into a marinade. Leave the tomatoes on the vine, place them on aluminium foil and fold foil into a ship. Add marinade, carefully close the foil ship and place in the grill compartment for 10 minutes. Garnish with coarse sea salt.
